We had not purchased a vehicle since 2012. We had a 2007 truck and a 2012 car. So we were unprepared for the changes in both the purchasing procedures and automotive technology. But one thing we knew was, with the high cost of current vehicles, we couldn’t afford to make a mistake. Fortunately we had a sales person, Miss Debra, who was knowledgeable and patient.
