We had not purchased a vehicle since 2012. We had a 2007 truck and a 2012 car. So we were unprepared for the changes in both the purchasing procedures and automotive technology. But one thing we knew was, with the high cost of current vehicles, we couldn’t afford to make a mistake. Fortunately we had a sales person, Miss Debra, who was knowledgeable and patient. We weren’t easy customers because we had a difficult time balancing our needs against our budget. But Mis. Debra didn’t give up, but kept guiding us so that we were able narrow down our choices. While traveling, my mom's Pathfinder started acting up. We took it to Flowood MS, Gray-Daniels Nissan service dept. Brittany Greene was so sweet, and understanding of the situation.
